Tracy Community Housing, built for Twin Pines Housing Trust became the first affordable housing project in New Hampshire to achieve certification for Passive House design and construction. As a Net Zero building with extensive solar electric systems to meet its energy needs, self-sufficiency will save Twin Pines over a half-million dollars in the first 20 years of operation. This is the fifth project we have collaborated with Twin Pines on. Each project underscores that “quality” and “affordable” should never be thought of as mutually exclusive.
