This 86,000 square foot, five story, 80 apartment senior living community was built as in-fill on a tight lot in an urban-like setting. Its foundation is an aggregate pier system, and construction required extensive utility relocation to make way for the building. The residences which one an AIA Design for Aging Merit Award are state-of-the-art with a focus on high-end amenities including a commercial kitchen, laundry, theater, gym, art gallery, beauty shop, hair salon, multiple libraries, and a dog spa.
