The Chimneys was a new construction project located just off South Main Street in Hanover, NH. The building, and associated underground parking, was constructed to be the headquarters for Ledyard Bank. A very tight site, challenging soil conditions and overhead utilities made the construction complex and logistically challenging. The Class A interior finishes, on-site parking, and focus on exterior masonry and ornamental moldings created a building that is a perfect fit with the downtown Hanover aesthetic.
