This incredibly unique house featured in New England Home Magazine, sits on a spit of land that extends into the Connecticut River. Completely constructed of cast-in-place concrete, including the walls and concrete plank ceilings, our concrete vendor set up a special mix and colorant just for this house. The pouring and creation of each segment required both extensive planning and meticulous execution as every piece of the electrical, mechanical, and data systems needed to be cast into the forms. The walls super insulated walls measure 16-18” inches thick, and the house even includes a poured concrete pool.
